You can sync all your friends from Facebook with your MyGuestlist account to give your database a huge boost in to the thousands. You can do this with multiple Facebook accounts (i.e a total of 5000 patrons are extracted from 5 of your nominated staff members or promoters) and are stored in your Social database. Very legal! Very powerful!

A Facebook app designed specifically for you

When signing up to MyGuestlist, you receive a free Facebook app branded specifically to your venue or business. With this, you can bolt it on to any profile or page on Facebook and allow to take in guestlists (which can then be viewed live on the iPad), enquiries, membership or competitions. The choice is yours. Either way, we make sure we handle the data sync from Facebook to MyGuestlist for you so that you don’t miss out on anything.

Data Completion

If you only have a name and an email of a person in your database, MyGuestlist will automatically find the relevant person on Facebook and update his or her information on your end with as much info as it can find. This ranges from D.O.B to likes, interests, hobbies etc.

Guestlist Identification

When guestlists come through regardless of source, you can now also see an image of the guestlist creator to confirm that the list is real and not created under false pretense. This will show up in your emails with the display picture and some basic information on the guestlist or booking creator. You will also be given the opportunity to add them as a friend on Facebook right from within the email so that you can continue to beefen up that social media existence.

Guestlist Invitations

When your patrons submit a guestlist, they can invite their Facebook friends to that guestlist. You will then have this information updated in real time as those attendees accept or reject the invitation. All this happens in real time while the data is saved and updated in your database at all times and is synced to your iPad ready for up to date use on the night.

Status updates on multiple accounts

So you most likely have a personal facebook profile, a fan page, other staff members profiles, promoters’ profiles and a Twitter account or two. Instead of just updating one account at a time, you can now link up as many accounts as you like and update the one status on all of them with one click.
