Segment and send targeted email campaigns 
Segment your campaigns so that only your “Friday after work corporates” or only your “Sunday evening chillout” patrons can receive it. And while you’re at it, don’t stop there. Go the next step and narrow down even more by selecting only the patrons over a certain age and in a certain postcode. Use patron’s names, favourite drinks, favourite meals or any other info in your e-newsletters or SMS.

Scheduling birthday emails
Schedule emails to go out on a specific day and time as well as individual birthday campaigns where you nominate a value for ‘x’ and x amount of days before a patron’s birthday they will receive an email along the lines of “Hi Sarah, how awesome that you’re birthday is coming up! Come check us out at …….. to see what we can do for you.”

Track VIP members and loyalty
Track how long a patron has been a VIP member with you for and and as a result reward them with a special gift. Taking care and rewarding your patrons both within the venue and online, is a must.
